These terms cover your use of the Layawait app ("Layawait," "the app"), made by RZDW ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Layawait, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Layawait is

Layawait is a simple budgeting tool. You enter amounts, and it estimates how many days it takes to recoup a purchase from your available spending money. Those estimates are based only on the numbers you enter.

Not financial advice

Layawait is for general information and personal planning only. It isn't financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You're responsible for your own financial decisions. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional.

Your license to use the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Layawait on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it for anything unlawful.

If you downloaded Layawait from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. If those terms conflict with these, the store's terms win where required.

Purchases

Some features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund policies. You can restore a past purchase on a new device using the same store account. We may change prices for new purchases in the future.

Your data

Your information stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details. Because we don't store your data, we can't recover it if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted.

Changes and availability

We may update Layawait, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We'll try to give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.

No warranty

Layawait is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't promise that it will be error-free, always available, or right for your needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, data, or profits, arising from your use of Layawait. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], United States, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Layawait after an update means you accept the new terms.
